Shipping & Delivery
The standard delivery time is 2 to 4 business days for deliveries within the Benelux and to France. For deliveries to Germany and other European countries, it usually takes 3 to 6 business days. During busy periods, delivery time can take up to 14 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track-and-trace number by email. This allows you to follow the status of your package via the carrier's website (DPD, GLS, or UPS). Delivery normally takes 2 to 6 business days after shipment, depending on the destination.
As long as we have not yet started processing your order in the warehouse, we can in most cases still adjust the address. Please contact us as soon as possible via hello@mosaicshop.eu. Once we begin working on your order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make changes.
First, check the status of your package via the track-and-trace number you received by email. If the status does not change or if the expected delivery date has passed, please contact us at hello@mosaicshop.eu with your order number. We will be happy to look into this for you with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
You can return your order within the legal cooling-off period of 14 days. Return costs are at your own expense — we do not provide return labels. Send the package back with the packing slip inside and provide us with the track & trace number of your return shipment. Unfortunately, returns without a packing slip and without a track & trace code cannot be processed. Our return address is: Wikashimi / MosaicShop, Trichterheideweg 2A Bus 0002, 3500 Hasselt, Belgium.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping costs of your order are not refunded unless there is an error on our part.
After receiving and checking your return, the amount will be refunded via your original payment method. This may take a few business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Special orders (products ordered specifically for you from the supplier) are not covered by the standard return policy. Because these products are purchased specifically for you, returning them is unfortunately not possible.
Order Issues
Please contact us as soon as possible via hello@mosaicshop.eu. Send us photos of the damaged products, a photo of the packaging (box) in which the order was delivered, and a photo of the packing slip that was in the box, along with your order number. Please report damage preferably within 48 hours of receipt — the sooner you report it, the faster we can provide a solution.

Color differences between different production batches are normal and occur with almost all materials. This is referred to as "shading" or "nuances." Even with the same reference, slight to noticeable color variations can occur from batch to batch. We therefore strongly recommend always ordering enough material at once to ensure you receive material from the same production batch. If the color deviates significantly from your expectations, you can return the product.
Please contact us at hello@mosaicshop.eu and send us a photo of the packing slip that was included with your order. Please mention the exact name and quantity of the missing items. We will then investigate this for you.
Ordering & Payment
You can easily order via our webshop at www.mosaicshop.eu. Choose your products, add them to your cart, and check out. We do not process orders via email.
We offer a wide choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Bancontact, Maestro, KBC Online/CBC Online, Belfius, iDEAL/Wero, Giropay, Sofort Banking, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay, Shop Pay, EPS, and bank transfer. When paying via bank transfer, processing may take a few business days. After receiving your payment, your order will be shipped the same or next business day.
Your invoice is automatically generated with your order. You will find the link to your invoice in the confirmation email (look for "Download Invoice"). Can't find it? Feel free to send us an email at hello@mosaicshop.eu and we will resend the confirmation email. Note: invoices are automatically generated and cannot be modified afterwards. So, please ensure your details are correct when placing your order.
Yes. As a company, you can register via mosaicshop.eu/pages/b2b-step-1. This way, you receive invoices with the correct company details. Note: we do not use separate B2B rates; prices are the same for everyone. For foreign companies where goods are not delivered to Belgium, VAT will be reverse-charged. We use the VIES system to verify VAT numbers. If your VAT number was recently activated, it may take 1 to 2 months before it is registered in VIES. Not working? Once packing has started, we can unfortunately no longer make changes. If payment has already been processed, the amount will be refunded via your original payment method. Note: for special orders, we cannot always guarantee cancellation.

Once packing has started, this is unfortunately no longer possible. You can then place a new order and we will try to ship them together.

No, Mosaicshop is an online webshop. We do not have a physical store or showroom. It is unfortunately not possible to view products in person before ordering, but you can always order a small quantity to evaluate the color and material.
